The new labeling solution from Weber Marking Systems comprises the proven and established Alpha label dispenser and a Linx thermo transfer direct printer. With the Alpha TTD variable information is printed without physical contact onto possibly pre-printed labels immediately before dispensing.

Printing is neat, brilliant and reliable on all possible label sizes up to a width of 106 mm and a resolution of up to 300 dpi. Variable postprinting with the TTD can be anywhere on the label, along or across the direction of label travel.

The Alpha label dispenser as well as the TTD are suitable for harsh production environments and are characterized by simple and intuitive operation. Together with the Alpha as a universally deployable label dispenser, the Alpha TTD can label products and packaging fast, reliably and economically.

A quick changeover to other label sizes is guaranteed due to different
stored working parameters defining label length, application rate, label opacity and label placement. The thermo transfer printer (TTD) ensures maximum availability due to 1.000 meters ribbon length and its automatic ribbon economy feature – with an unused ribbon gap of only 0.5 mm between the printings.
