Label printers and dispensers

Label printer and dispensers are used for the fully automatic printing and positioning of labels on products, trays, packaging and pallets. We can work together with you to draw up your own customised labelling system. After all, each production process has its own particular features, such as line speed, cycle time, data transfer rate from your PC system, resolution requirements, label size, content, position, etc.

Legi-Air 2600

The Legi-Air 2600 is a label printer and dispenser in the midrange system class with the main system features of the successful high-end Legi-Air 5200 system. It offers all the advantages of a state-of-the-art printing dispenser system at a very good price/performance ratio. The LA2600 is a flexible, long-life nickel-plated steel label printing dispenser which guarantees top printing quality and legibility combined with fast and accurate label dispensing.

Legi-Air 4000

The LA 4000 is a value-for-money labe printer and dispenser for the labeling of products and packaging. The left-handed system prints and dispenses paper labels directly during production. The LA 4000 uses the tamp-blow method whereby the label is accurately positioned onto the product without touching it.

Legi-Air 4020

Weber’s exclusive Model 4020 is an ideal unit for moderate labeling demands or for initial entry into on-line print-and-apply labeling. This truly economical system addresses numerous applications, and includes functions formerly limited to higher-cost, higherduty systems.

Legi-Air 4050

The LA 4050 belongs to the latest generation of label printer and dispensers. The motor-driven internal rewinder is quick and linear and ensures precise label printing. Thanks to its electronic vacuum and pressure sensors with Festo pneumatic technology, the LA 4050 applies labels at the highest levels of speed and precision, e.g. onto crates.

Legi-Air 4050 E

E is a synonym for the word “ENHANCED”. Underneath is the system diversity based on modular construction. The design comprises a feeder module, a printing module, label reeler and un-reeler and numerous applications such as feeder dies, for instance.

Master controller controls printing and dispensing Bluhm Systeme is presenting the Legi-Air 4050 M - a label printer and dispenser with a novel control concept. The “M” correspondingly stands for master controller: “The central hub for data and process control”.

Legi-Air 5300

The new Legi-Air 5300 from Bluhm Systems is a modular label printer and dispenser distinguished by its extremely versatile applications and a very high operating run time. In addition, the system offers a high degree of operator-friendliness: the operator is supported in his work by several functions such as service interval or operating condition display.

Legi-Air 5300 LSA

The new Legi-Air 50300 LSA (LSA stands for Linear Servo-electric Applicator), is a high performance labeller which has been specially developed for logistics companies with high production level variance and high product throughput.
