Mastercontroller MMC

The Master controller combines printing job management and dispenser control in a single system. As the central controller of a print dispensing system, it is used to automatically label products. The label can show customized current data (e.g. barcodes, date, time, logos, counter…) printed via the integrated printing module. Three different printing modules (Zebra, Avery and Sato) can be used for this purpose.

The Master controller enables stand-alone applications without an industrial PC. All conventional interfaces are supported for communication between Master controller and customer controller. The host protocol reduces signal communication to a single interface, via which the Master controller can be remote controlled.

The Master controller also enables control of an RFID reader to be integrated in the applicator, enabling RFID labeling without a special RFID printing module. RFID printing modules can furthermore continue to be used. The RFID option is complemented by the installation of an optional facility for rejection of faulty RFID labels (reject unit).

The color touch screen is very user-friendly to operate. Easy to understand and self-explanatory symbols facilitate handling and increase operational reliability.
